Lisa Codo is a Senior VP, ESG Product Strategy lead in Moody’s Analytics. Lisa is responsible for product strategy and development of ESG and climate solutions to meet the growing demand of clients. By embedding ESG data, sores, incidents and solutions into analytics, research and workflow solutions across the domains of lending, underwriting, investing and supply chain management, clients can gain a clear understanding of the inherent risks and opportunities they face.
A seasoned professional in product management and strategy, Lisa is focused on driving innovation across ESG solutions to help market participants to incorporate best-in-class data and analytical tools and ease responses to emerging regulatory requirements within the ESG domain.
Prior to joining Moody’s, Lisa spent almost two decades at Bloomberg L.P. Most recently, she was European Head of Product Management – responsible for the creation and enhancement of execution strategies and workflow solutions for equity and derivatives trading for institutional clients.
Launched in 2020, ESG at Moody’s Analytics is a specialist capability serving the growing global demand for ESG and climate insights. Complementing Moody’s long-established track record in risk management expertise, the group’s comprehensive offering includes ESG scores, climate data, Sustainability Ratings and Sustainable Finance certifier services that help fulfil the broad spectrum of ESG- and climate-related goals in risk management, equity and credit markets.

Pierre is Senior Policy Adviser at the European Sustainable Investment Forum (Eurosif), the partnership of Europe-based national Sustainable Investment Fora (SIFs). He supports the development of the organisation’s positions on the EU sustainable finance regulatory agenda and advocates these proposals towards policy-makers and other stakeholders. With over seven years of experience in EU financial services and sustainable finance regulations, Pierre previously worked in the climate think-tank E3G, where he led the European workstreams on climate risks, sustainability indicators, and greenwashing. Before that, he acted as a Brussels liaison for the French asset management association (AFG), focusing on EU sustainable finance regulations and capital markets. He also has previous experiences in consultancy and in the European Parliament.

Keeran is Vice President responsible for ESG Outreach and Research at Moody’s Analytics. In this capacity he is responsible for delivering impactful and content focused initiatives to meet the growing needs of investors, issuers and other key ESG market stakeholders. Keeran regularly represents Moody’s in ESG industry body working groups, webinars and workshops. Before his current role, Keeran worked as an Executive Director at the Vigeo-Eiris rating agency overseeing its institutional relations, strategic marketing and communications operations. Keeran and holds an LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from the University of Manchester and an MA in International Security from the University of Sussex.

With experience across corporate social responsibility (CSR), sustainable finance, climate risk and ESG regulation, Pelletier is responsible for advancing Moody’s ESG & Climate solutions according to the individual needs of financial institutions – and supporting clients to integrate ESG and Climate risk monitoring across their value chain.
Prior to joining Moody’s in 2022, Pelletier oversaw the implementation of CSR policies at BNP Paribas’ Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) arm, having designed the bank’s Sustainable Finance program that promoted sustainability principles across every operational unit. Her pioneering team led the bank’s debut green bond issuance and sustainability-linked loan.
In addition to roles with Fortis Bank, Pelletier has also held roles in asset management where she worked on launching one of the world’s first index-linked green bonds supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy. Her career began at Société Générale within its Global Markets division.
Pelletier is a trained economist with a PhD from Dauphine University in Paris.

Julia is a counsel in Linklaters investment funds practice in London. Before joining our London team in 2019, Julia worked for 6 years in our Luxembourg office. She is a Luxembourg qualified lawyer.
Julia is one of the leading individuals within Linklaters driving the ESG initiative and works on a cross-practice and cross-jurisdictional bases which ensures integrated and holistic ESG advice to major asset management clients covering all aspects of their business. Julia has deep understanding of technicalities of the EU Sustainable Finance initiatives (including the Taxonomy Regulation and the SFDR) and the commercial aspects of sustainable finance. She is an active member of different industry associations and contributes to shaping ESG related regulations.
Her combined knowledge and experience in fund set up and ESG is highly valued by the clients. Julia has been advising large asset managers which are pioneers in the ESG space on the set up of Taxonomy compliant flagship green funds. Making use of her broad market intelligence and orientation of policy makers, she has also been providing strategic advice to large asset managers on their ESG integration project and short, mid, and long-term goals.
Julia has extensive experience in structuring, setting up and mergers of Luxembourg UCITS and AIFs. She is highly regarded by clients for her knowledge and understanding of structured/leveraged UCITS and AIFs. Julia has a profound understanding of the laws and regulations impacting the investment funds sector, such as the UCITS Directive, the AIFMD, the SFTR, the Benchmark Regulation and the GDPR.
