Cartel members are allegedly using social media to gather intel on members of the Texas Sheriff's Department, and using it to taunt and threaten officers. Zapata drought on Rio Grande
The rural South Texas border town of Zapata could run out of drinking water because there isn't enough water in the Rio Grande for the town of 5,000 to pump. Mexico owes the U.S. years worth of water and there is a punishing drought and triple-digit heat.
